Walnut chocolate base cake (with wheat flour)

  Main Ingredients ▢1 cup whole wheat flour ▢3 tablespoons cocoa powder ▢½ teaspoon baking soda ▢1 pinch salt ▢¾ cup suger  ▢1 cup cold milk ▢¼ cup sunflower oil  ▢1 tablespoon lemon juice – swap with apple cider vinegar or white vinegar ▢½ teaspoon vanilla extract Step-by-Step Guide Prep Pan and Sift Dry Ingredients 1. First grease a round baking pan grease with oil. Preheat your oven to 200 degrees  for 15 minutes. 2. Sieve 1 cup whole wheat flour (you can also use all-purpose flour) and 3 tablespoons cocoa powder. Keep a plate or tray below the sieve. 3. Add a pinch of salt and ½ teaspoon baking soda. 4. Chilli Garlic Potato Bites

  Ingredients  3 Boiled potatoes 2 tbsp Oil 1 tsp Garlic 2 tsp Chilli flakes 1 cup Water 100 gram Rice Flour Salt to Taste How to Make Chilli Garlic Potato Bites 1.Grate the potatoes, keep them aside 2.Heat a pan, saute garlic and chilli flakes in oil. 3.Add rice flour to the pan let it cook for some time.  Pour in water and mix it well till the rice flour becomes a soft dough. Remove it from heat. 4.In a mixing bowl, mix together grated potatoes and rice flour dough. 5.From this dough, roll out small bite-sized balls using your hands.  Deep fry the balls. 6.Potato bites are ready!

Gujiya (jhatpat bann Jane wali prikiya)

  INGREDIENTS Dough 2 cups all purpose flour  4 tablespoons ghee melted water to knead the dough Filling  1 tablespoon ghee 2 tablespoons chopped raisins  4-5 tablespoons finely chopped nuts like almond, cashew 1/3 cup desiccated coconut powder  1.5 cups grated mawa  1 tablespoon milk 15 ml 1/2 cup  1/2 teaspoon cardamom powder 1cup rava(dry roasted) oil or ghee for frying, I use a mix of both Process  Mix Together All Purpose Flour And ghee with Water.Knead A Soft Dough Prepare The Filling For Gujiya by adding all the ingredients Prepare Puris And Fill Them With The Stuffing. Deep Fry The Gujiya And Enjoy
