🥣 Bhindi Chutney Recipe | Crispy Okra Chutney (Tamil Nadu Style) 📝 Ingredients: Bhindi (Okr a/Ladyfinger) – 1 cup (chopped) Tamarind – 1 tbsp (soaked in warm water) Green chilies – 3 to 4 Garlic – 5 cloves Peanut – 2 tsp Cumin seeds – ½ tsp Urad dal – 1 tsp Curry leaves – 8–10 Hing (asafoetida) – a pinch Salt – to taste Oil – 2 tbsp --- 🔄 Instructions: 1. Dry the Bhindi: Wash and completely dry the bhindi before chopping to avoid stickiness. 2. Fry Bhindi: Heat 1 tbsp oil in a pan. Add chopped bhindi and sauté until they are roasted and slightly crispy. Remove and keep aside. 3. Roast Ingredients: In the same pan, add 1 tbsp oil. Add cumin seeds, peanut, urad dal, garlic, green chilies, and curry leaves. Sauté until golden. 4. Add Tamarind & Hing: Add tamarind and a pinch of hing, cook for a few seconds. Let everything cool. 5. Grind: In a mixer jar, grind bhindi, sautéed ingredients, and salt into a coarse or smooth chutney (as per your liking). Add little water if needed....
