๐Ÿซ Oats Chocolate Peanut Butter Bars (No-Bake, Healthy)


Ingredients:

oats – 1 cups( blend and make powder)

Peanut butter – ¾ cup 

Honey – ½ cup

chocolate chips

Chopped nuts or seeds (optional)


Instructions:


1. a tray for shaping bar

2. In a pan on low flame, melt peanut butter and honey together. Stir until smooth.



3. Turn off the heat. Add oats powder and mix well.

4. Press the mixture evenly into the tray.

5. Melt the chocolate with butter in a microwave or double boiler.


Note: I just microwave the crushed chocolate chips and apply on the bar

6. Pour melted chocolate over the oat-peanut mixture and spread evenly.

7. Refrigerate for 1–2 hours or until firm.

8. Cut into bars and enjoy!
