๐ฅญ Mango Thecha Recipe (Maharashtrian Style)
Ingredients:
1 medium raw mango (grated)
6–8 green chillies (adjust to spice level)
4–5 garlic cloves
2 tbsp roasted peanuts (optional)
1 tbsp oil
Salt to taste
¼ tsp cumin seeds (optional)
Instructions:
1. Roast Chillies & Garlic:
In a small pan, heat 1 tbsp oil.
Add green chillies and garlic cloves. Sautรฉ for 2–3 minutes until slightly blistered.
2. Grind Thecha:
In a mortar-pestle or mixer, coarsely grind roasted chillies, garlic, and roasted peanuts (if using).
Add grated raw mango and grind lightly to mix everything.
3. Season:
Add salt to taste.
Optionally temper with cumin seeds for extra flavor.
4. Serve:
Serve Mango Thecha with bhakri, paratha, or as a side with dal-rice.
