Vrat Sweet! Sabudana Rasmalai ๐Ÿ˜"

 Here’s a delicious Sabudana Rasmalai recipe, 



๐Ÿจ Sabudana Rasmalai Recipe (Vrat Special & Eggless)


๐Ÿ“ Ingredients:


For Sabudana Patties 


1 cup sabudana (soaked 4-5 hours)and dried 


2 Half cup milk powder 


1 tsp cardamom powder



Ghee 



For Rabri (Milk Base):


1 litre full-fat milk


4 tbsp sugar (adjust to taste)


1/2 tsp cardamom powder


Few saffron stran


Chopped dry fruits optional)




๐Ÿ‘ฉ‍๐Ÿณ Instructions:


Take a mixer grinder put sabudana and milk powder in it and grind it without water .


After that make small ball of the batter 




Step 2: Prepare Rabri


1. Boil milk and simmer on low flame till it reduces to half.



2. Add sugar, cardamom, saffron milk, and dry fruits.



3. Mix well and let it boil




Step 3: Assemble Rasmalai


1. drop the rasmalai ball gently in the boiling rabari.



Boil it for 2 min ,then off the gas stove.


Chill in the fridge for 1–2 hours.


NOTE:: If you are not able to make the rasmalai ball then please let the batter drop in 


bowling rabri like a pakoda directly.Then boil it for 2 min
