 अवलक्की पंचकज्जाया | गणेश चतुर्थी का खास प्रसाद रेसिपी अवलक्की पंचकज्जाया रेसिपी सामग्री (Ingredients) पोहा (अवलक्की / चिवड़ा) – 1 कप कसा हुआ नारियल – ½ कप (ताज़ा या सूखा) गुड़ – ½ कप (कद्दूकस किया हुआ) तिल – 2 बड़े चम्मच काजू – 1 बड़ा चम्मच (कटा हुआ) किशमिश – 1 बड़ा चम्मच इलायची पाउडर – ½ छोटा चम्मच घी – 1 बड़ा चम्मच बनाने की विधि (Method) 1. सबसे पहले पोहे को हल्का-सा भून लें ताकि उसमें हल्की कुरकुराहट आ जाए। 2. अब एक कढ़ाई में घी गरम करें और उसमें तिल को हल्का भून लें। 3. उसी में काजू और किशमिश डालकर सुनहरा होने तक भून लें। 4. अब इसमें कसा हुआ नारियल डालें और हल्का सा भूनें। 5. फिर इसमें गुड़ डालें और धीमी आँच पर मिलाते हुए गुड़ पिघलने दें। 6. जब गुड़ और नारियल अच्छी तरह मिल जाए तो उसमें भुना हुआ पोहा डालें। 7. अब इलायची पाउडर डालकर अच्छे से मिक्स करें। 8. गैस बंद कर दें और मिश्रण को ठंडा होने दें। --- परोसने का तरीका यह प्रसाद (Naivedya) के रूप में भगवान को चढ़ाया जाता है। ठंडा होने के बाद इसे एयरटाइट डिब्बे में भी रख सकते हैं। #viral#festivalvibes #ytsorts #yt #AvalakkiPancha...

"दूध फटने पर बनाइए झटपट कलाकंद"

 आप फटे हुए दूध से कलाकंद (Kala Kand) बहुत आसानी से बना सकते हैं। यह छेना/पनीर और दूध से बनने वाली मिठाई है। सामग्री: फटा हुआ दूध (छेना / पनीर) – 2 कप दूध – ½ लीटर चीनी – ½ कप (स्वाद अनुसार) इलायची पाउडर – ½ छोटी चम्मच घी – 1 बड़ा चम्मच पिस्ता/बादाम (कटा हुआ) – सजावट के लिए --- विधि: 1. सबसे पहले फटे हुए दूध से बने छेने को अच्छे से धोकर हल्का सा निचोड़ लें ताकि नींबू/सिरके की खटास निकल जाए। 2. एक मोटे तले की कढ़ाई में दूध डालकर उबालें और थोड़ा गाढ़ा कर लें। 3. अब इसमें छेना डालकर लगातार चलाते हुए पकाएं। 4. जब मिश्रण गाढ़ा होकर एकसार हो जाए, तब उसमें चीनी और इलायची पाउडर डालें। 5. धीमी आँच पर पकाते रहें जब तक मिश्रण कढ़ाई छोड़ने न लगे। 6. अब इसमें घी डालकर अच्छे से मिला दें। 7. मिश्रण को घी लगी प्लेट/ट्रे में डालकर फैला दें और ऊपर से पिस्ता-बादाम डाल दें। 8. 1-2 घंटे ठंडा होने के बाद टुकड़ों में काटकर परोसें।   #viralrecipeFateDoodhKalakand #HomemadeKalakand #IndianSweets #InstantMithai #FestiveDessert #GharKiMithai #PaneerKalakand #TraditionalTaste #QuickSweets #Kalakand love ...
