Protein-Rich White Chole Salad with Curd & Cucumber | Easy Chaat Style

 




๐Ÿฅ— White Chole Curd & Cucumber Chaat Salad


Ingredients:


1 cup boiled white chole (chickpeas)


½ cup cucumber (finely chopped)


½ cup fresh curd (well whisked)


1 small onion (finely chopped, optional)


1 small tomato (optional)


1 green chili (finely chopped, optional)


2 tbsp fresh coriander leaves (chopped)


½ tsp roasted cumin powder


½ tsp origano 


¼ tsp black salt (or as per taste)


½ tsp chilli flakes 


Salt to taste


Sev / pomegranate seeds (for garnish, optional)

Method:


1. In a mixing bowl, add boiled white chole, cucumber, onion, tomato, and green chili.



2. Add curd and mix gently.



3. Sprinkle roasted cumin powder, chaat masala, black salt, red chili powder, and regular salt.



4. Toss everything well so curd coats the chole and veggies nicely.



5. Garnish with coriander leaves, sev, or pomegranate seeds.
