Garlic bread fries

 ๐Ÿง„๐Ÿž Garlic Butter Bread Fries Recipe


Ingredients:


Bread slices – 4 to 5 (use slightly firm bread)


Butter – 3 tbsp (softened)


Garlic – 5 to 6 cloves (finely chopped or grated)


Coriander leaves – 1 tbsp (finely chopped)


Chilli flakes – ½ tsp (optional)


Oregano / Mixed herbs – ½ tsp


Salt – a pinch


Oil / Butter – for shallow frying or toasting

Method:


1. Prepare Garlic Butter:


In a bowl, mix softened butter with garlic, coriander leaves, chilli flakes, oregano, and a pinch of salt.


Your aromatic garlic butter is ready.




2. Cut the Bread:


Take bread slices and trim the edges.


Cut them into long fry-like strips.




3. Apply the Garlic Butter:


Spread the garlic butter mixture generously over the bread strips.




4. Cook the Fries:


Heat a pan and add a little butter or oil.


Place the bread strips and roast them on medium flame until golden and crispy on all sides.


(You can also air fry or bake them at 180°C for 8–10 mins for a healthier version.)




5. 


Serve:


Serve hot with ketchup, cheesy dip, or mayonnaise.
