"दूध फटने पर बनाइए झटपट कलाकंद"

 आप फटे हुए दूध से कलाकंद (Kala Kand) बहुत आसानी से बना सकते हैं। यह छेना/पनीर और दूध से बनने वाली मिठाई है। सामग्री: फटा हुआ दूध (छेना / पनीर) – 2 कप दूध – ½ लीटर चीनी – ½ कप (स्वाद अनुसार) इलायची पाउडर – ½ छोटी चम्मच घी – 1 बड़ा चम्मच पिस्ता/बादाम (कटा हुआ) – सजावट के लिए --- विधि: 1. सबसे पहले फटे हुए दूध से बने छेने को अच्छे से धोकर हल्का सा निचोड़ लें ताकि नींबू/सिरके की खटास निकल जाए। 2. एक मोटे तले की कढ़ाई में दूध डालकर उबालें और थोड़ा गाढ़ा कर लें। 3. अब इसमें छेना डालकर लगातार चलाते हुए पकाएं। 4. जब मिश्रण गाढ़ा होकर एकसार हो जाए, तब उसमें चीनी और इलायची पाउडर डालें। 5. धीमी आँच पर पकाते रहें जब तक मिश्रण कढ़ाई छोड़ने न लगे। 6. अब इसमें घी डालकर अच्छे से मिला दें। 7. मिश्रण को घी लगी प्लेट/ट्रे में डालकर फैला दें और ऊपर से पिस्ता-बादाम डाल दें। 8. 1-2 घंटे ठंडा होने के बाद टुकड़ों में काटकर परोसें।   #viralrecipeFateDoodhKalakand #HomemadeKalakand #IndianSweets #InstantMithai #FestiveDessert #GharKiMithai #PaneerKalakand #TraditionalTaste #QuickSweets #Kalakand love ...
