"Crispy Pineapple – Sweet, Tangy & Irresistibly Crunchy"
Ingredients
Pineapple cubes – 2 cups (firm & ripe)
Cornflour – 3 tbsp
Pink Salt – ¼ tsp
ghee/butter – for frying
Chaat masala – ½ tsp
Red chilli powder – ¼ tsp
Lemon juice – 1 tsp
coriander leaves
jeera powder -1tsp

Method
1. Prep pineapple – Pat dry the pineapple cubes so there’s no extra moisture.
2. Coat – Mix cornflour, all masala and salt in a bowl. Toss pineapple cubes until coated evenly.
3. Fry – Heat butter and shallow fry the coated pineapple until golden and crispy.
4. Season – While still hot, sprinkle chaat masala, coriander and drizzle lemon juice.
5. Serve hot as a snack or with chutneys for extra zing.
