Instant Coconut Burfi in Two Colours | |Layered Coconut Burfi Without Fire – Festive Special
Ingredients
Coconut powder – 2 cups
milk – 1 cup
Cardamom powder – ½ tsp
Ghee – 2 tsp
Food colour – 2 shades (like pink & white, or green & yellow)

Method
1. Mix Base
In a large bowl, add coconut powder, condensed milk, ghee, and cardamom powder.
Mix well until a soft dough-like mixture forms.
2. Divide & Colour
Split the mixture into two equal portions.
Add a few drops of one food colour to the first portion and mix well.
Keep the second portion plain or add another colour.
3. Layer the Burfi
Do it with the help of butterpaaper to layer like I do.
or
Grease a tray or plate with ghee.
Spread one coloured layer evenly and press gently.
On top, spread the second layer and press again.
4. Set & Cut
Refrigerate for 1–2 hours to set.
Cut into squares or diamonds and garnish with saffron
