 "Golden Crispy Besan Katori – Mithai at Home"



Ingredients


For Katori


1 cup besan (gram flour)


2 tbsp coconut powder 


2 tbsp ghee


Pinch of yellow colour 


Water (as needed for batter)


Sugar 



For katori Filling


½ cup mix dryfruits (chopped)


¼ tsp cardamom powder


Honey one spoon 


        ((Instructions))


Fry the chopped dryfruits till golden 


Make the Katori


In a bowl, mix besan and water.


 Cover & rest for 15 minutes.


Now take ghee in a pan .


Add besan batter and mix it continuously.


Add coconut powder and yellow colour with suger and cardamom.


Stir the halwa till it release oil.


Off the stove then keep the halwa for half hr in fridge.


Mix honey in the fried dryfruits.

Assemble the Sweet


1. Make a small ball with halwa and give it the shape of a katori.


2. Fill the dry fruits in it.

3. Keep it in the fridge for half an hour.


Serve it.
