 Palak Raita Recipe | Cool & Healthy Spinach Yogurt Dip" | Maharashtra palak Raita Recipe 





๐Ÿฅฃ Palak Raita Recipe Without Cooking


(No Gas | No Oil | 100% Raw & Healthy)


๐Ÿ“ Ingredients:


1 cup curd (dahi), fresh and thick


1/2 cup tender spinach leaves (palak), finely chopped and boiled for 1 min and kept in cold water to keep it green.


1/2 tsp roasted cumin and black papper powder (bhuna jeera powder)


Black salt or regular salt to taste


1/4 tsp roasted Red chilli powder


1 finely chopped green chili (optional)


1 tbsp chopped coriander leaves


A pinch of chaat masala (optional)


curry leaves 


1 Garlic finally chopped 


ghee for tadka


pomegranate for decoration

๐Ÿ‘ฉ‍๐Ÿณ Method:


1. mash  the spinach leaves, curry leaves and coriander leaves in masher properly.



2. In a bowl, whisk the curd until smooth.



3. Add mashed spinach, salt, pepper, roasted cumin powder, and green chili and all other ingredients except tadka 



4. Mix well. Adjust seasoning to taste.



5. Garnish with coriander and a pinch of chaat masala.


6.Do tadka with ghee and garlic .



6. Serve chilled with paratha, pulao, or as a dip.
