Sweet & Tangy Pineapple Raita – Perfect Summer Side Dish!
Pineapple Raita Recipe
Prep Time: 10 min | Servings: 3–4
Ingredients
Fresh or canned pineapple – 1 cup (chopped into small pieces)
Fresh curd (yogurt) – 2 cups
Sugar – 1–2 tsp (adjust to taste)
Roasted cumin powder – ½ tsp
Black salt – ½ tsp
Salt – to taste
Mint and coriander leaves – for garnish (optional)

Instructions
1. Prepare yogurt
Whisk the curd until smooth and creamy.
2. Add flavors
Mix in sugar, roasted cumin powder, black salt, and regular salt.
3. On the flame and when pan is hot put half spoon ghee ,Add pineapple with one spoon sugar ,stir till pineapple cooked.
add it in curd mixture
4. Chill & serve
Refrigerate for 20–30 minutes before serving for best flavor.
Garnish with mint and coriander leaves , pomegranate and a pinch of cumin powder before serving.
