📝 Ingredients:
2 Papad (roasted or fried, as per preference)
1 medium Onion (finely chopped)
1 medium Tomato (deseeded & finely chopped)
1 small Cucumber (optional, finely chopped)
1-2 Green Chillies (finely chopped)
2 tbsp Coriander leaves (finely chopped)
½ tsp Chaat Masala
½ tsp Red Chilli Powder (optional)
½ tsp Roasted Cumin Powder
Black Salt or Regular Salt (to taste)
Few drops Lemon Juice

👩🍳 Method:
1. Roast or fry papad till crispy. Keep aside.
2. In a bowl, mix onion, tomato, cucumber, green chilli, coriander, and spices.
3. Just before serving, spread the masala mixture over the papad.
4. Sprinkle lemon juice for a tangy twist.
5. Serve immediately to enjoy the crispiness
