๐Ÿซ Simple Blueberry Cupcake Recipe (Eggless)


๐Ÿ“ Ingredients (for 4 cupcakes):


All-purpose flour – 1 cup (120g)


Baking powder – 1 tsp


Baking soda – ½ tsp


Salt – a pinch


Powdered sugar – ½ cup


Oil – ¼ cup (any neutral oil)


cream – ½ cup (room temperature)


Vanilla essence – 1 tsp


Milk – ¼ cup (adjust as needed)


Fresh blueberries – ½ cup

๐Ÿฅฃ Instructions:


1. Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F). Line a cupcake tray with liners.



2. In a bowl, whisk cream and sugar until smooth.



3. Add oil and vanilla essence, mix well.



4. Sift in flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.



5. Mix gently, adding milk as needed to make a smooth batter (not too runny).



6. Toss blueberries in 1 tsp flour (to prevent sinking) and gently fold into batter.



7. Pour batter into cupcake liners (fill about ¾).



8. Bake for 18–22 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.



9. Cool on a wire rack. Optional: Decorate with frosting or powdered sugar.
