 Traditional Bihar Poha Gud Ladoo | Easy Homemade Sweet Bihar Special Poha Gud Ladoo is a traditional, healthy and delicious sweet made with flattened rice (poha), pure jaggery (gud), ghee and dry fruits. This easy ladoo recipe is perfect for Makar Sankranti, winter season, kids’ snacks and festive celebrations. These no-maida, no-refined sugar ladoos are full of energy, iron and fiber, making them a great choice for a healthy dessert.
