๐ŸŒฑ Mix Veg Chilli Fried Rice


๐Ÿฅ— Ingredients:


2 cups cooked rice (preferably a day old)


1 small onion, sliced


1 capsicum (green/red/yellow), sliced


1 carrot, julienned


1 cup corn


1 cup carrot 


½ cup beans, chopped


2–3 green chillies, slit


1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste


2 tbsp spring onion (white & green parts)


2 tbsp oil



Sauces & Seasoning:


1 tbsp soy sauce


1 tbsp green chilli sauce


1 tbsp red chilli sauce (optional for spice)


1 tbsp tomato ketchup


Salt to taste

๐Ÿณ Method:


1. Heat oil in a wok or kadhai on high flame.



2. Add cumin and garlic and slit green chillies, sautรฉ until aromatic.



3. Add onion, beans, carrot, capsicum, and all vegetables. Stir fry on high heat for 2–3 minutes (keep them crunchy).



4. Add soy sauce, green chilli sauce, red chilli sauce, ketchup, salt. Mix well.



5. Add cooked rice and toss everything together on high flame until the rice absorbs the flavors.





6. Garnish with spring onion greens.
