Chocolate gujiya

  Ingredients 2 cups flour 2 tbsp ghee 1/2 cup cup mawa 1/2 coconut grated 1 tbsp khus khus 1 tbsp choco chip 8-10 cashew pieces 1 tsp pistachio shavings 3/4 cup powdered sugar Cooking Instructions step 1 Knead a tight dough by adding ghee to the maida. Step 2 Prepare the filling by mixing all the ingredients. mix everything by hand Step 3 Now take one dough ball. Like a poori. Fill 1 tsp of masala and make gujiyas from the mould. Step 4 Now fry on medium heat till golden brown.

Methi Mathri Recipe

  Ingredients 1 Cup maida ¼ Cup rava ¼ Cup refined oil or any flavorless oil ¼ Cup kasuri methi Salt to taste 1 teaspoon carom seeds (ajwain) ¼ Cup water, at room temperature Oil for deep frying Instructions Prepare Mathri Dough: In a large mixing bowl, combine together flour, rava, ajwain, kasuri methi, and salt. Mix nicely using a spoon or your fingers. Pour oil and rebu the flour mixture using fingers. The flour mixture should resemble fine bread crumbs. Add water, one tablespoon at a time, and knead a stiff yet pliable dough. Knead the dough for 5 – 10 minutes. Keep the dough aside for 15 minutes covered with a wet cotton cloth. Shape Mathri:  divide the dough into equal size small balls and flatten them with your fingers or palm to form a tiny disc. Do not press the disc too hard. Varat Wale tikki//sweet potato tikki//healthy tikki

  4-5 medium sweet potatoes 1 tbsp cumin powder  2 finely chopped green chilies 1 tbsp Sendha Namak  2 tbsp cooking oil or ghee  handful of finely chopped coriander leaves INSTRUCTION   Firstly, Boil Sweet potatoes in a pressure cooker for 1-2 whistles and then switch off the flame.  Once the pressure pan cools down,  Once the sweet potatoes cool down, peel off the skin.  mash all the sweet potatoes with a masher. Now add cumin powder, rock salt, finely chopped green chilies, and coriander leaves in the mashed sweet potatoes. Now shape them into small tikkis and keep them on a plate. Heat a nonstick pan, add oil, and place all the tikkis on it and cook it on one side till it becomes brown. Shallow fry sweet potato tikkis on both the sides till they turn brown in color and are cooked evenly. Once done garnish with fresh coriander and serve it with Vrat green chutney.

आलू का हलवा

 आलू का हलवा  आलू का हलवा की सामग्री 3 बड़े आलू उबले हुए 1 बड़ा चम्मच घी 1/2 कप चीनी 1/2 कप दूध 1/2 टेबल स्पून  कटे हुए  1/4 बड़े चम्मच बादाम  कटे हुए एक चुटकी इलायची पाउडर 1/2 बड़ा चम्मच किशमिश(optional) आलू को उबाल कर उसका छिलका उतार लें। एक बार, इसे अपने हाथों से मैश कर लें। .एक पैन में थोडा़ सा घी डालकर गरम होने दें. फिर मैश किए हुए आलू डालें और 1-2 मिनिट तक भूनने दें आलू में दूध, चीनी  डालकर अच्छी तरह मिला लें। एक और 8-10 मिनट के लिए पकाएं और बार-बार हिलाएं। इलायची डालें और मिलाएँ। .बादाम और काजू से सजाकर सर्व करें। गर्म - गर्म परोसें।
