Chocolate gujiya
Ingredients
2 cups flour
2 tbsp ghee
1/2 cup cup mawa
1/2 coconut grated
1 tbsp khus khus
1 tbsp choco chip
8-10 cashew pieces
1 tsp pistachio shavings
3/4 cup powdered sugar
Cooking Instructions
step 1
Knead a tight dough by adding ghee to the maida.
Step 2
Prepare the filling by mixing all the ingredients. mix everything by hand
Step 3
Now take one dough ball. Like a poori. Fill 1 tsp of masala and make gujiyas from the mould.
Step 4
Now fry on medium heat till golden brown.
