Rajma Cutlet Recipe (Easy & Crispy)
๐ Ingredients:
1 cup rajma (kidney beans) – boiled & mashed
1 potatoes – boiled & mashed
1 small onion – finely chopped
2 green chillies – chopped
1 tsp ginger-garlic paste
½ tsp red chilli powder
½ tsp jeera powder
½ tsp coriander powder
2 bread (for binding)
2 tbsp coriander leaves – chopped
Salt – to taste
Oil – for shallow frying
beshan 2 spoon
corn flour 1 spoon

๐ฉ๐ณ Method:
1. In a mixing bowl, add mashed rajma & potatoes.
2. Add onion, green chilli, ginger-garlic paste, spices, coriander leaves and mix well.
3. Add bread crumbs for binding and form a smooth dough.
4. Shape into round or oval cutlets.
5. Heat oil on a tawa/pan, shallow fry cutlets on medium flame until golden & crispy on both sides.
6. Serve hot with green chutney or ketchup.
