Krishna Janmashtami Special – Dhaniya Panjiri Prasad ✨

🍲 Recipe – Dhaniya Panjiri (Falahari Prasad)
Ingredients:
1 cup coriander powder (dhaniya)
2 tbsp ghee
½ cup powdered sugar (or as per taste)
2 tbsp chopped dry fruits (almonds, cashews, pistachios)
1 tbsp grated dry coconut
1 tsp melon seeds (optional)
A pinch of cardamom powder
Method:
1. Heat ghee in a pan and add coriander powder.
2. Roast on low flame till aromatic (do not burn).
3. Add chopped dry fruits, coconut, and melon seeds. Roast lightly.
4. Turn off flame and let it cool a little.
5. Add powdered sugar and cardamom powder, mix well.
6. Offer as Prasad on Janmashtami and serve fresh. 🙏🌸
