Fruits Raita Recipe
๐ Ingredients:
Curd (yogurt) – 2 cups (thick & fresh)
Banana – ½ cup (sliced)
Pomegranate – ¼ cup
papaya -1 cup
mango -1 cup
dryfruits -1 cup (chopped)
fresh cream -1 cup
Honey or sugar – 1 tsp (optional)
vanilla essence -2 tbsp
๐ฉ๐ณ Instructions:
1. In a mixing bowl, whisk the curd and cream until smooth .
2. Add all chopped fruits and nuts.
3. Add venilla essence and honey/sugar if needed.
4. Mix everything gently.
5. Garnish with pomegranate
6. Chill for 15–20 minutes before serving.
