"No Yeast, No Oven – Bread Donuts in a Flash!"
Instant Bread Donut Recipe
Servings: 4 donuts | Prep Time: 5 min | Cook Time: 10 min
Ingredients
Bread slices – 5
Milk – ½ cup (adjust as needed)
Powdered sugar – 3 tbsp (for dough)
Baking powder – ½ tsp
All-purpose flour (maida) – 2 tbsp (optional, for binding)
Oil – for frying
For coating
Powdered sugar – ½ cup
Cinnamon powder – ½ tsp (optional)
Melted chocolate – for dipping (optional)

Instructions
1. Prepare the dough
Trim the brown edges of bread slices.
Tear bread into small pieces and place in a bowl.
Add powdered sugar and baking powderif you need,I didn't use.
Gradually add milk and mash until a soft dough forms.
If the dough is sticky, mix in a little maida.
2. Shape the donuts
Roll small balls from the dough and flatten slightly.
Use a small bottle cap or finger to make a hole in the center.
3. Fry the donuts
Heat oil on medium flame.
Fry donuts until golden brown on both sides.
Remove and drain on paper towels.
4. Coat & serve
Roll hot donuts in powdered sugar-cinnamon mix OR dip in melted chocolate.
Serve warm and enjoy!
