Curd Saunf Pudina Cooler | Healthy Summer Drink


๐Ÿฅค Curd Saunf Pudina Cooler


Ingredients:


1 cup fresh curd (chilled)


1 tbsp fennel seeds (saunf) – soaked in water for 1 hour or lightly roasted


10–12 fresh mint (pudina) leaves


1 chilli


½ inch ginger


½ tsp sugar (optional)


½ tsp salt



Method:


1. Add curd, dry roasted fennel seeds , mint leaves, green chilli, ginger,salt, and sugar into a blender.



2. Blend until smooth and frothy.



3. Add chilled water or ice cubes for desired consistency.



4. Strain (optional) and pour into a glass.



5. Garnish with a few mint leaves and a sprinkle of cumin powder.
