๐ Ingredients:
1/2 cup sabudana (sago pearls)
1½ cups water (for boiling)
1 banana (chopped)
1 small apple (chopped)
2 tbsp pomegranate seeds
2 tbsp papaya
2 tbsp carrots
2 tbsp mango
2 tbsp grated coconut (optional)
1 tbsp sugar/honey or maple syrup (optional)
A pinch of cardamom powder (optional)
2-3 chopped nuts (cashews/almonds/pistachios)
Chia seeds or basil seeds (optional for topping)
๐ช Preparation Steps:
1. Cook Sabudana:
Wash sabudana and soak in water for 3-4 hours.
Boil in water until pearls turn transparent and soft.
Drain excess water and cool completely.
2. Prepare Fruits:
Chop banana, apple, and any seasonal fruits you like (grapes, mango, kiwi etc.).
3. Mix Together:
In a bowl, add cooked sabudana, chopped fruits, pomegranate, and grated coconut.
Add sugar/honey or maple syrup for sweetness.
Sprinkle cardamom powder for flavor (optional).
4. Garnish:
Add chopped dry fruits and seeds for crunch.
Chill in fridge for 15–20 mins before serving (optional).
