๐ซ Mini Choco Lava Cake in Appam Stand (Eggless)
Ingredients
Wheat flour – ½ cup
Oats powder - 1 cup
Cocoa powder – 2 tbsp
Baking powder – ½ tsp
Baking soda – ¼ tsp
Dates 5/6
Milk – ½ cup (adjust consistency)
Vinegar - 1 tsp
Vanilla essence – ½ tsp
Instructions:
1. Prepare the Batter:
Sieve oats powder ,wheat flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and baking soda together.
Add grinded dates and milk and mix well.
Mix it gradually to form a smooth batter (neither too runny nor too thick).
Add vineger and vanilla essence. Mix until smooth and lump-free.
2. Preheat Appam Stand:
Grease the cavities with oil,butter or ghee.
Heat the appam stand on low flame with the lid on for 2-3 minutes.
3. Fill and Add Chocolate syrup.
Pour half batter into each cavity (only fill ½ of each).
4. Cook:
Cover with lid and cook on low flame for 2-3 minutes.
Check with a toothpick around the edge (not center) to see if it comes clean.
5. Serve Warm:
Carefully de mould and serve immediately.
