๐Ÿฅญ Mango Sabudana Drink Recipe


๐Ÿ“ Ingredients:


1/2 cup sabudana (sago pearls)


1 large ripe mango (peeled & chopped)


2 tbsp sugar or honey (adjust to taste)


1 cup chilled milk or coconut milk (optional for vegan)


1/2 cup water


A pinch of cardamom powder (optional)


Ice cubes (optional)



๐Ÿ‘ฉ‍๐Ÿณ Method:


1. Soak sabudana for 4–5 hours or overnight, then boil until soft. Drain and cool.



2. Blend chopped mango with sugar, cardamom, and water/milk until smooth.



3. In a glass, add 2–3 spoons of cooked sabudana.



4. Pour mango smoothie over it.



5. Add ice cubes and serve chilled!
