🥣 Rajasthan Dahi Mirch Chutney Recipe


Ingredients:


1 cup thick curd


8-9 green chillies (slit or chopped)


1 tbsp mustard oil


1/2 tsp mustard seeds


1/2 tsp cumin seeds


1/4 tsp hing (asafoetida)

Dhaniya powder -1/4 tsp

Kashmiri Red chilli powder - 1/4 tsp

Haldi- 1/4 tsp


Salt to taste


1/4 tsp roasted cumin powder (optional)



👩‍🍳 Method:


1. Heat mustard oil in a pan till it starts smoking. Let it cool a bit.



2. Add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, and hing.



3. Once they splutter, add green chillies and sauté till slightly blistered.



4. Turn off the flame and let it cool.



5. In a bowl, whisk curd and add salt.



6. Mix in the tempered chillies and stir well.



7. Add roasted cumin powder for extra flavor.



8. Serve chilled with roti, paratha, or dal-chawal.
