Gujiya (jhatpat bann Jane wali prikiya)
INGREDIENTS
Dough
2 cups all purpose flour
4 tablespoons ghee melted
water to knead the dough
Filling
1 tablespoon ghee
2 tablespoons chopped raisins
4-5 tablespoons finely chopped nuts like almond, cashew
1/3 cup desiccated coconut powder
1.5 cups grated mawa
1 tablespoon milk 15 ml
1/2 cup
1/2 teaspoon cardamom powder
1cup rava(dry roasted)
oil or ghee for frying, I use a mix of both
Process
Mix Together All Purpose Flour And ghee with Water.Knead A Soft Dough
Prepare The Filling For Gujiya by adding all the ingredients
Prepare Puris And Fill Them With The Stuffing.
Deep Fry The Gujiya And Enjoy
