White Matar Ki Spicy Chaat Recipe:::
Ingredients :
*To boil the peas*
Dried peas = 1 cup (soak peas in water overnight)
Turmeric Powder = tbsp
salt = 1 tbsp
water = 2 cups
*To make chaat*
Jeera = 1 tsp
Ginger = 1 inch piece finely chopped
Asafoetida = a pinch
Green chili = 1 to 2 finely chopped
Onion = 1 medium sized finely chopped
Cumin Powder = 1tsp
Chaat masala =1 tbsp
garam masala powder =1 tbsp
Red chili powder = 1tsp
Coriander Powder = 1 tbsp
Black salt = 1tsp
White salt = 1tsp
Green coriander = 1 tbsp finely chopped
Lemon =
oil = 1 tbsp
*To decorate*
tamarind chutney = as required
Green chutney = as required
curd = as required
Onion = finely chopped
Tomato = finely chopped(optional)
Chaat masala = to sprinkle
Red chili powder = to sprinkle
save = to sprinkle

*Process To make chaat*
Throw the water of peas and put the peas in the cooker. Then put 2 cups of water in it, add turmeric powder and salt, put the the cooker on gas and put 4 whistles in it.
Switch off the gas after 4 whistles. Then after the pressure is over, check the peas.
To make the chaat even more spicy and tasty, add chaat masala, garam masala powder, black salt and cumin powder and mix it.
After that you add green coriander and mix it and then cook the peas for 2 more minutes. Then turn off the gas and mix it by squeezing lemon in it.
Then let the peas cool down a bit. After cooling, take out the peas in a serving plate and decorate it.
Keep a aalu tikki in the middle ,First, add more or less curd, tamarind chutney and green chutney according to your taste.
Then sprinkle a little chaat masala, red chili powder on top of the chaat. Then add some tomatoes and onions in it. After that you garnish it with sev , banana and coriander. Your spicy and tasty matar chaat is ready.
