Banana puri


 Banana Puri Recipe 


Ingredients 


Banana 3

Whole wheat flour (atta) 3 cup

Sugar 1 teaspoon

Salt a pinch

 oil 2 tablespoons

Sauf 1 pinch

Oil for deep-frying


Method


Step 1

Mash bananas. Add wheat flour, sugar, salt ,sauf and  oil. Mix well together. Add a little water and knead into a stiff dough.


Step 2

Divide into ten to twelve balls. Roll out into small disc of half centimeter thickness. Heat sufficient oil in a kadai.

Step 3

Fry puris, one by one, till golden brown. Drain and remove onto an absorbent paper.
