Delicious raw papaya halwa//kaccha papita halwa//fasting halwa

 


Ingredients 


3cups Raw Papaya grated 

1 cup Sugar

1/2 cup Khoya(optional)

Few Almonds and kismis


1 tsp Cardamom powder

1/2 cup Ghee

Dryfruit power


Steps

Grate the papaya and keep aside.


Heat ghee in a pan, add the grated Papaya and fry till it looks like more than half cooked or looks golden .


Add grated milk and sugar cook again for another 5 minutes on minimum flame.if you want to add Mawa then add at this stage

Let the milk syrup dry. Add Cardamom powder and dryfruit powder. Dry and saute well. 


Take a tarka pan put a table spoon ghee. Kismis and almonds in it with sauf,and mix well.


Give tarka to the halwa and mix well.


Delicious halwa is  ready.
