Milk powder sweet
Ingredients
1 cup milk
I cup milk powder
1 half cup sugar
2 tbsp clarified butter
saffron
2 drop of red food colour
2tbsp Makkhan
Steps
Heat clarified butter in a thick bottom pan on low flame.
Add in the milk and bring it to a boil.
Now add milk powder, sugar and saffron.
Mix everything well and cook on low medium flame till the mixture starts leaving the sides of the pan.
When the mixture becomes like soft dough, switchoff the flame and transfer the mixture in a bowl.

et it cool down slightly.After that take a spoon of mixture in your hand and try to make it in the shape of matka and and fill it with makkhan .and decorate it with your choice.And it is ready to serve
